1. Export Compliance

MyBimApi is committed to complying with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Our services and software may be subject to export restriction laws. Users are prohibited from accessing, downloading, using, or exporting our services in violation of European Union and Dutch export laws or regulations, or in violation of any other applicable laws or regulations.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the European Union or the Netherlands has embargoed goods, or on any European Union or Dutch government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

2. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict Code of Conduct for our employees and partners. We are committed to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and transparency. We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or unethical business practices.

3. Political Contributions

MyBimApi does not make contributions to political parties, candidates, or political action committees. Any personal political activity by our employees is done on their own time and with their own resources.

4. Modern Slavery Statement

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We undertake all reasonable and practical steps to ensure that our standards are being implemented throughout the businesses of our suppliers and that relevant local legislation and regulations are complied with.
