1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyBimApi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, access to the Service is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Description

MyBimApi provides a serverless infrastructure for executing Python scripts on IFC models. We provide the computing resources and API endpoints to enable this analysis.

3. Usage & Credits

Services are billed based on a credit system calculated by processing time and memory usage. You are responsible for managing your credit balance. We reserve the right to suspend access if your account balance falls below the required threshold.

4. User Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the code and data you upload. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your scripts do not contain malicious code.
• Ensuring you have the right to process the IFC data you upload.
• Security of your API keys and authentication tokens.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". MyBimApi makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of results generated by your scripts. We are not liable for any consequential losses associated with the use of our platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
