One credit covers the processing of 100MB of IFC data for 1 minute. The required credits scale with both file size and processing time:
- 100MB for 2 minutes = 2 credits
- 200MB for 1 minute = 2 credits
- 300MB for 3 minutes = 6 credits
This formula ensures you only pay for the exact computational resources you use.
What is the minimum cost?
The minimum amount deducted per API call is 1 credit. This applies regardless of file size or processing duration, covering the base infrastructure costs for spinning up the secure environment.
Are credits prepaid?
Yes, credits are bought upfront (prepaid). You can purchase bundles directly from your dashboard. This gives you full control over your budget and prevents unexpected bills.
Do you offer SLA contracts?
Yes, we offer Service Level Agreements (SLA) for enterprise clients who need guaranteed uptime and dedicated support. These contracts are available for a minimum term of 1 year. Please contact us for details.
