2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services to you. This includes:
- Account information (email address, authentication credentials) needed to manage your access.
- Usage logs (API calls, execution times) for billing and performance monitoring purposes.
We do not analyze, sell, or use your uploaded IFC models or Python scripts for any purpose other than executing the specific tasks you request.
3. Data Retention
Your data is processed ephemerally. We do not store your upload data longer than needed for processing. Once your script execution is complete and the results are returned, the source files are purged from our processing environment.
Your Python scripts are stored securely and encrypted at rest.
4. Infrastructure & Location
Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud servers. By default, our processing nodes are located in:
- Region: US East (Ohio)
We can provision processing nodes in other global regions upon request for enterprise customers requiring specific data residency compliance.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. Our secure containerized environment ensures that your code runs in isolation.
